more MBP SSD q's: is it any cheaper to configure with HDD and then use a kit like OWC to add SSD and move the HDD? /cc @ethank @mattgemmell

13" MBP I configured (4GB RAM/256GB SSD) was removed from my cart because some of the configured options are no longer available?
