A reminder for social software nerds in the Bay area: Six Apart is hosting a Portable Contacts hackathon today, and tomorrow is the Portable Contacts Summit at the MySpace offices. I want to talk more about Portable Contacts and what this means, but that's for another post.

One of the things I'm interested to ask the [working from !work] portion of the greater inter-verse about is: where do you work?

This time, it's moving this blog to Movable Type, the afore-mentioned kick-ass blogging system.

This post is a reminder/bookmark for myself and anyone else on how to customize a StyleCatcher theme in Movable Type without losing the ability to use the original theme in the future.

I can finally (with sincere apologies to Zeldman and crew) talk about new developments in my personal and professional life, and I'm stoked to do so!
