I'm finally back writing Cocoa code again. I've already written (and temporarily abandoned) one app in Apple's Cocoa Mac OS X programming environment.

Ok, so I've been working on getting an interview with a web/IT company in So. Cal. Today I got an email from one of their staff, with a first round of questions.

Well, I managed to survive Monday's brain-bake, so obviously Murphy was not satisfied. Grilling a nice fat rack of boneless pork ribs tonight I got a rather severe burn to my forearm from the grill lid. Damn.

A while back I finished up and launched a new site for our church, the Tempe Vineyard. Jodi and I are the defacto webmasters, which is fine with us. It's giving us the exciting opportunity to be the web evangelists within the church, helping members and leaders understand they have at their disposal.

I'm Blogging This.

Oy. 2 weeks ago I got a pair of nice rollerblades at a garage sale for $5. I've used them like 3 times so far.

I've changed the search box (top right corner of this page) to use the weblog search feature.

Well I used to try and make sure I'd link to folks who were linking to me (according to Technorati), and I've totally fallen down on the job. Mostly it's because I'm lazy, but also because lately I've only been getting links from the usual suspects (Seth, Bill, Greg - hi guys!) whom I link to fairly regularly.

I often forget that Memorial Day was intended for us to remember those who fought, and those who died, for this country in war.

Thanks to Weird Al, I'm in my happy place, listening to Al doing the Backstreet Boys singing about EBay, Eminem rhyming about TV, and Avril Levine crooning over cheese pizza, kissing cousins, and roller coasters...

I've made some changes to the site here - I've had feedback from some people that the discussion group view was a bit intimidating, so I've implemented a Radio-comments style comments interface.

I wanna be like Brent. All I need now is time and talent. smile

Dave has some sort of weblog search running on Scripting News that uses Google.

The Stephen Chow Hong Kong action-comedy Shaolin Soccer looks absolutely hysterical. Coming to the states in August. Whee! "When you can kick an egg without breaking it, you will be ready to join the team!"

Whimper. Will someone please Reload my brain? I think it broke. Wow.

Jodi picked up a yummy Gorgonzola/Pear Pizza at Trader Joe's. Yay!

Jodi and I now have tickets to the movie of the year. Yay!!
