I've switched the news box on the right of this page to suck in the RSS feed of the WebObjects-Newbies mailing list on Yahoo! Groups.

Sigh. Network Solutions is now selling all the information in the whois database to direct marketers. If you've ever registered a domain name, direct marketers will now be able to target you based on any information you've entered in the registration database, as well as how long your site has been up, if you're doing ecommerce, if your domain is active or not... damn.

Completely non-scientific study results: I update my weblog more often when I work on my Mac than when on the Windows2K box. Why? The Mac is more comfortable, the browser easier on the eyes. Also, my site was designed on the Mac - in Windows it looks foreign.

Cofax.CMS is a content management system written in Java. It's open source, for those who care (of which I'm one), and was developed by (or in cooperation with?) Knight-Ridder publishing. Looks fairly full-featured and extensible.

I just noticed while browsing O'Reilly's P2P site that all their ad links are redirected through DoubleClick's servers. I have my browser set to refuse most cookies, especially DoubleClick's.

Ok, I've seen some out-there developer sites, but this is one of the out-est. Mulle Kybernetik (literally "garbage cybernetics") is a "Mac oS X"/Cocoa shop with some cool Mac OS X and WO software.
