Working for a large enterprise has its up and downs. Multiple changes in management lately have left me trying to figure out my trajectory.

At the same time, I’m nearly 50 with a family of teens and God I’m feeling old when I look around the virtual office these days.

I’ve never been interested in management, but I enjoy mentoring. I’m not the deepest engineer (thanks, B.A. in Graphic Design) but prefer engineering to, well, not, and am always trying to grow my experience.
